Mauren is a Cuban musician based in Jacksonville, Fl. Saxophonist and clarinetist, she started playing music at age 10, graduating in Music from the University of Arts in Havana, Cuba. Traveling and performing in many countries she has gained experience as a band musician, vocalist and soloist. Classical music, Latin genres and jazz are the most important influences on her musical language. Nowadays, she is writing her own songs and working on releasing them to begin a new stage in her career as a Singer/Songwriter.
